DUBAI ELITE LUXURIES (DEL)

Last Updated: 1 September 2026

Welcome to Dubai Elite Luxuries (“DEL”, “Dubai Elite Luxuries”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and, where applicable, the purchase or use of products and services offered or arranged through Dubai Elite Luxuries.

DEL operates as a luxury curation, gifting, personal-shopping, sourcing and lifestyle-services platform serving individuals, HNIs, corporate clients, hospitality clients, institutions and other customers.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, confirming an order or purchasing products or services from DEL, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

1. THE DEL EXPERIENCE

Dubai Elite Luxuries is built around one philosophy:

Exceptional Products. Exceptional Presentation. Exceptional Experience.

Depending on availability and location, our services may include:

  • Luxury gifting
  • Corporate gifting
  • Personal shopping
  • Bespoke product sourcing
  • HNI and VIP gifting
  • Wedding and celebration gifting
  • Festive gifting
  • Home and décor curation
  • Gift hampers
  • Personalisation and customisation
  • Branded corporate merchandise
  • Bulk procurement
  • Hospitality gifting
  • Concierge-style sourcing
  • International sourcing
  • Special requests and curated experiences

Certain products and services may be supplied directly by DEL, while others may be sourced, manufactured, customised, fulfilled or delivered through independent brands, artisans, suppliers and service partners.

2. PRODUCT & SERVICE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours and other information presented by DEL are accurate.

However, certain differences may occur.

Colours may appear differently depending upon photography, lighting, screens and display settings.

Natural materials, handmade products and artisan products may contain variations in colour, texture, grain, pattern, dimensions or finish.

Such reasonable variations may form part of the individual character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

3. LUXURY & THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

DEL may source or facilitate access to products manufactured or supplied by independent luxury brands and third-party suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the respective trademarks, logos, product names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The availability of a third-party product through DEL does not necessarily imply that DEL is an authorised dealer, distributor, representative or affiliate of that brand.

Where manufacturer warranties or after-sales policies apply, they may be governed by the relevant manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Luxury, limited-edition, imported, handcrafted and bespoke products may have restricted availability.

Products displayed, discussed, recommended or quoted are therefore subject to availability at the time an order is confirmed.

A recommendation or quotation does not guarantee availability unless DEL expressly confirms otherwise.

Where a selected item becomes unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative, revised delivery timeline or other available solution for the customer’s consideration.

5. PRICING

Prices may vary depending upon:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier pricing
  • Currency movements
  • Import requirements
  • Customisation
  • Quantity
  • Packaging
  • Delivery destination
  • Taxes and duties
  • Insurance
  • Urgency
  • Special sourcing requirements

The final applicable price will be the price confirmed by DEL for the relevant order.

For bespoke, sourced, corporate or bulk requirements, a quotation may remain valid only for the period stated in that quotation.

6. QUOTATIONS

A quotation provided by DEL is generally an invitation for the customer to confirm an order and does not necessarily constitute acceptance by DEL.

Quotations may specify:

  • Product
  • Quantity
  • Customisation
  • Packaging
  • Pricing
  • Taxes
  • Delivery
  • Payment schedule
  • Estimated timeline
  • Validity period
  • Other special conditions

Where a specific quotation contains terms that differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the specifically agreed commercial terms for that order may take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order will ordinarily be considered confirmed once the requirements specified by DEL have been completed, which may include:

  • Final selection approval
  • Quantity confirmation
  • Personalisation approval
  • Delivery information
  • Acceptance of quotation
  • Required advance or full payment
  • Any other necessary approval

DEL reserves the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, pricing error, supplier restrictions, delivery limitations or inability to satisfy the requested specifications.

8. PAYMENT

Payment terms may vary depending upon the nature and scale of an order.

DEL may require:

  • Full advance payment
  • A deposit or advance
  • Stage-based payments
  • Balance payment before dispatch
  • Other mutually agreed commercial terms

Bespoke, customised, imported, specially sourced and bulk orders may require substantial or complete advance payment because procurement or production may begin specifically for that customer.

Ownership or dispatch of products may be subject to receipt of all amounts due.

9. CUSTOMISED & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Customisation may include:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Monograms
  • Corporate branding
  • Logos
  • Messages
  • Engraving
  • Embroidery
  • Custom colours
  • Bespoke packaging
  • Special dimensions
  • Custom gift compositions

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, names, artwork, logos, quantities, dimensions, colours and other customisation information before production.

Once customised production or procurement has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalised and made-to-order products may also be non-returnable except where required by applicable law or where DEL expressly agrees otherwise.

10. CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS

Corporate and bulk orders may involve specially negotiated commercial terms.

These may include minimum quantities, samples, prototypes, production timelines, packaging specifications, branding requirements, payment schedules and delivery arrangements.

Customers should approve samples, artwork and specifications carefully before bulk production.

Reasonable variations may occur between samples and final production, particularly for handmade, natural-material or batch-produced products.

11. PERSONAL SHOPPING & SOURCING

DEL may assist customers in locating products that are rare, limited, imported, bespoke or otherwise difficult to obtain.

A sourcing request does not guarantee that the requested product can be obtained.

Special sourcing may involve:

  • Research or sourcing charges
  • International shipping
  • Currency conversion
  • Customs duties
  • Insurance
  • Supplier charges
  • Authentication or inspection where applicable
  • Handling or concierge fees

Any applicable charges will be communicated as appropriate before commitment.

Once DEL has committed funds to a supplier or commenced a specifically commissioned sourcing process, associated amounts may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. AUTHENTICITY

Where DEL represents a product as authentic, we intend to source that product through channels we reasonably consider reliable.

Where relevant, original packaging, certificates, serial information or other documentation will be provided if supplied with the product.

DEL does not manufacture independent third-party branded products and cannot create rights or warranties beyond those actually provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

13. GIFT RECIPIENT INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.

This may include:

  • Recipient name
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • Delivery instructions
  • Personalisation information

DEL will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

14. DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may not always constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Supplier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • International transportation
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Recipient availability
  • Force majeure events
  • Carrier disruptions

For time-sensitive occasions, customers are encouraged to place orders sufficiently in advance.

15. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is available, customers may be responsible for applicable:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • Local taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Regulatory requirements

Unless expressly included in DEL’s quotation, such charges may be payable separately.

Certain products may also be restricted from importation into particular countries.

16. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY

Customers or recipients should reasonably inspect products after delivery.

Where an item arrives damaged, materially defective or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact DEL promptly and provide appropriate photographs, video, packaging information or other reasonable evidence so that the matter can be assessed.

Claims should preferably be made within the timeframe communicated for the relevant product or order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return and exchange eligibility may vary according to the product, supplier and nature of the order.

Products that may not ordinarily qualify for return or exchange include, subject to applicable law:

  • Personalised products
  • Engraved products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Bespoke products
  • Custom corporate orders
  • Specially imported products
  • Products specifically sourced at a customer’s request
  • Perishable goods
  • Products that cannot appropriately be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening

Any applicable return must satisfy the relevant return conditions communicated by DEL.

A separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy may apply and should be read together with these Terms.

18. CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact DEL as quickly as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation eligibility will depend upon the stage of the order.

If procurement, production, customisation, international sourcing, branding, packaging or other committed work has already commenced, cancellation may be restricted and charges already incurred may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

19. GIFT PACKAGING

Presentation is an important part of the DEL experience.

Where available, orders may include or offer:

  • Luxury gift boxes
  • Ribbons
  • Personalised cards
  • Bespoke packaging
  • Corporate branding
  • Premium wrapping
  • Special occasion presentation

Packaging may vary according to product dimensions, supplier availability, destination and customer requirements.

20. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Where customers provide names, logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs or other materials for customisation, they confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to authorise their use for the requested purpose.

The customer remains responsible for materials supplied by them.

21. DEL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the DEL website and DEL-created content—including branding, graphics, text, design elements, photographs, concepts and presentation materials—are owned by or licensed to Dubai Elite Luxuries.

They may not be commercially copied, reproduced, distributed or exploited without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

22. WEBSITE USE

Users must not misuse the DEL website.

Prohibited activities include attempts to:

  • Gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Interfere with website operation
  • Conduct fraudulent transactions
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Scrape or systematically extract protected content without permission
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

DEL may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect its customers, systems or business.

23. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Despite reasonable care, typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate descriptions or technical errors may occasionally occur.

Where a material error is identified before fulfilment, DEL may correct the error and communicate the revised information to the customer.

Where appropriate, the customer may be given the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEL’s liability will be subject to the nature of the transaction and applicable mandatory consumer protections.

DEL will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances reasonably outside its control or from independent third parties where DEL has exercised reasonable care in arranging the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

25. FORCE MAJEURE

DEL will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control.

These may include natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, epidemics, transportation disruption, customs restrictions, major technology outages, labour disruption or other force majeure events.

Where such circumstances occur, DEL will make reasonable efforts to communicate material effects on confirmed orders.

26. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through DEL will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Customers arranging gifts for other people should provide only information reasonably necessary to fulfil the requested service.

27. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLAINTS

DEL believes luxury service continues beyond the point of purchase.

If you have a concern regarding an order or experience, please contact our customer-service team.

We will endeavour to review legitimate concerns professionally and seek an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

28. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to [insert exact UAE jurisdiction based on DEL’s registered legal entity].

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction or dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to the company’s registered jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Dubai Elite Luxuries may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, website or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with the updated revision date.
